Millers beat Glasgow Rangers to sign Spurs prospect

But despite Rangers chief Mark Warburton being keen to bring back to player, Millers manager Alan Stubbs has persuaded Ball to join the Championship outfit on a permanent basis on a three-year deal.
The Millers, who visit Aston Villa tomorrow, have also signed Jon Taylor, Scott Allan and Kelvin Wilson this month.
Ball is the club’s ninth summer signing with Jake Forster-Caskey, Will Vaulks, Lewis Price and Anthony Forde also joining.
