Millwall 1 Doncaster Rovers 0: Rovers denied by late goal

Doncaster Rovers came away empty-handed from south London today as Millwall grabbed a late winner in the Championship.

The game looked to be heading for a draw until substitute Kevin Lisbie snatched the points for Millwall with an injury-time winner.

Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll felt a draw would have been a fair result.

O'Driscoll said: "I didn't think either side deserved to win it. Poor conditions, poor game, difficult pitch - one keeper kicks it straight to the other end sort of summed up the game, so it was disappointing,

"You can point to things we can do better but it's an unforgiving league and we've come with another patched-up side and we just wanted not to give them anything because if you go one down here, it is difficult to break them down."
