Queens Park Ragers v Sheffield Wednesday: Owls stopper determined to make amends

SHEFFIELD Wednesday's Lee Grant aims to bounce back from his Coventry clanger today at Loftus Road.

Goalkeeper Grant was caught off his line last weekend when former team-mate Richard Wood nodded the goal that denied the Owls two points.

Speaking ahead of today's trip to QPR, Grant said: "I was extremely disappointed with the goal we conceded but I'll pick myself up and make sure I bounce back on Saturday.

"We've picked up some good results over the last month but they won't count for anything if we don't carry our form into the Easter period," he said.

With six games to go, the Owls are two points clear of the relegation zone after just one defeat in the last seven games. Former Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock is in charge of QPR. After victories in his first two games, Rangers have gone five without a win and are not safe.
