IT was another weekend of hectic action across the White Rose - most of it captured by our photographers as usual.

In our latest slideshow we have action from Yorkshire derbies involving Huddersfield Town and Middlesbrough (Bruce Rollinson) and Barnsley v Sheffield United, while we also show some images from Sheffield Wednesday’s 2-2 draw at Blackburn Rovers.

James Hardisty was at Loftus Road to see Leeds United go down 1-0 to QPR, while Tony Johnson visited the New York Stadium to witness Rotherham United beat fellow strugglers Bristol City 3-0.

In rugby union, Scott Merrylees was at Castle Park to see an impressive Doncaster Knights move up to second in the Championship table with a 34-11 win over Moseley, with Chris Etchells taking the pictures of Rotherham’s defeat at home to Jersey.
