Rotherham United 3 Morecambe 2: Ten-man Millers grab late winner

Rotherham United beat Morecambe 3-2 at the Don Valley Stadium in League Two.

Veteran goalkeeper Andy Warrington returned for the Millers after being frozen out by former manager Andy Scott. Striker Lewis Grabban and defender Johnny Mullins were passed fit after suffering from a virus this week.

And it was Grabban who opened the scoring on 26 minutes for the Millers.

But the visitors found an equaliser six minutes before the break, Barrow converting the chance.

It was advantage Rotherham after the break when Taylor netted.

The Millers though were reducted to 10 men when Ryan Cresswell was red carded and Redshaw equalised from the penalty spot.

But the drama was not over as Grabban grabbed a 91st minute winner to keep alive their faint promotion hopes.

Rotherham are five points off seventh-placed Crewe with two games remaining.
