The Brighton midfielder, who played a leading role in the club’s promotion to the Championship last term, has been pursued by Millers manager Paul Warne throughout the close-season - with the Seagulls finally giving the green light to his return to Rotherham today.

The Dubliner, 27, who scored six goals for the Millers last season, arrives on a season-long loan.
