Video: Best foot forward for Rotherham United
Redfearn, who will again be without Matty Derbyshire for tomorrow night’s tough trip to Middlesbrough, is having a look at free agent Best, 29, who has also recently spent time training at Huddersfield Town - with the Millers chief keen on boosting his goalscoring options.
Best has played for nine clubs in a nomadic career and left Blackburn Rovers in the summer.

The Manchester City academy product linked up with Bristol Rovers on a non-contract basis, but has now left the club after just a short spell in the West Country.
On his two trialists, Redfearn, who will be discussing other transfer targets at a technical board meeting this afternoon, said:.”Leon has come down to train with us and is without a club and a free agent.
“He is a fit boy and looks strong and looks like he has looked after himself. He has looked sharp and carries good pedigree and calibre. He knows this level and the level above.

And on Drury, Redfearn added: “Adam is a young boy in between clubs and his last club was Bristol. He’s also got good pedigree from being at Man City and coming through their academy. He can play one or two positions and is comfortable with the ball.”
The Millers will still be without Lee Frecklington (calf) tomorrow, but he should be back in the first-team fray shortly.
