Sheffield United play host to Millwall in a lunch-time kick-off in League One at Bramall Lane.
Nigel Adkins named an unchanged side from the midweek win over Fleetwood, with new signing Dean Hammond featuring.
Kicking towards the Kop, the match started at a decent pace despite the 12.15 kick-off.
Millwall had some early chances, without threatening Mark Howard’s goal, before United came close to taking the lead after eight minutes.
Billy Sharp played in Che Adams, and the young attacker hit his long-range effort low, but it hit the bottom of the post and glanced wide.
Jamal Campbell-Ryce was a constant danger, but the Blades could notprovide the finishing touch.
And they were punished when Aiden O’Brien’s looping header crept under Mark Howard’s crossbar on the half-hour mark.
United threw on Jose Baxter and Conor Sammon in the second half, and it was the former Everton youngster who restored parity.
Baxter produced a stunning volley to give goalkeeper Jordan Archer no chance to make it 1-1.
But with the hosts looking the more likely to go on and win, Millwall hit them with a sucker punch.
A fizzed cross found its way to the far post, and with Kieran Wallace challenging O’Brien, the ball ended up in the back of the net.
