Louis Shackshaft, 33, of Doncaster, has his say below. Scroll through and see if you agree, leaving your own thoughts in the comments section at the bottom.

How would you assess your season so far? A roller-coaster. We made an encouraging start with the summer recruits in fine form. Third at Christmas, the play-offs were the aim. Since then our form, consistency and belief have gone out of the window. With the misconduct charge ongoing, I hope we are playing Championship football next season.

Player of the season? Steven Fletcher, in the form of his life at times.

Most improved player? Morgan Fox by far, one of our best and most consistent players.

Best goal? Fletcher versus Charlton. A bullet header.

Which game have you enjoyed most? The 2-0 victory against Leeds at Elland Road.

Biggest disappointment? The terrible form since Christmas, including 5-0 defeats against Blackburn and Brentford.

What mark would you give the manager out of ten? Five, I’m sat on the fence a little.

How important is it that we finish the season? It’s more important for those clubs in promising positions.

If the season gets started again, what is your hope for your team? To finish in mid-table and avoid a points deduction.

What needs to change for next season? A clear-out, then recruit young hungry players.
