Manager Mark Robins has revealed that the top scorer’s knee injury was not as bad as first feared and he could be involved against Lee Clark’s men. Doncaster Rovers v Barnsley

Team news: Key duo Billy Sharp and Richie Wellens are both suspended for Rovers, for whom Sam Johnstone will continue in goal with Ross Turnbull (calf) sidelined. Jamie McCombe (back) is still out, while Rob Jones has suffered a setback in his recovery from a disc problem in his neck. Theo Robinson should return to training next week. Emmanuel Frimpong returns from a one-match ban, but Jacob Mellis remains suspended. Jack Hunt is a slight doubt with a knock sustained in a tackle against Ipswich. Liam Lawrence (toe) should be okay, although Bobby Hassell (calf) is out.
