The Blades, still in with an outside chance of making the play-offs, have already brought in defender Alex Baptiste on loan from Middlesbrough recently.

Norwich City striker Kyle Lafferty is again being linked with Leeds United - with the Northern Irishman desperate for some game time ahead of the Euro 2016 Championships - with the frontman out of favour at Norwich City.

The Sun claims that Lafferty is praying to be rescued from the sidelines and that Leeds have shown strong interest in the prospect of an emergency loan deal for the attacker before the window shuts next week.

“I just want to play,” said Lafferty to the Sun when asked about a potential move.
