Video: Sheffield United's players shaping up to land knockout blow in League One

As part of the Blades’ pre-season routine, manager Chris Wilder introduced some boxing sessions at the English Institute of Sport this afternoon to see how his players shape up ahead of the main bout of the 2016-17 campaign.

Wilder quipped: “I am looking forward to them getting roughed up a bit!

“They have worked extremely hard and we have had a good start to pre-season and one of the things I have talked about to the players and especially the captain is we want to make this interesting and different.

“They had an extremely tough morning and this was something a little bit different.”
