Wycombe Wanderers 1 Bradford City 0: Doherty deserved red says Taylor

Hide AdNo wonder Bantams boss Peter Taylor cut a frustrated figure at the final whistle after Betsy's sixth goal of the season secured the points for the hosts.
Betsy was a handful and deserved his fourth goal in six games, but Taylor's charges had chances to at least salvage a point, even when Doherty was given his marching orders with 28 minutes still remaining.
"I feel quite disappointed, there wasn't a lot of consistency (in the refereeing decisions) out there," reflected Taylor. "But you get days like these.
"The boys put in a good shift out there and worked extremely hard, but we were lacking that end product and a goal.

"Tommy Doherty probably deserved to get sent-off, but all I'm asking for is more consistency in decisions and we didn't get that today.
Tom's got to grow up though because we'll miss him for three games."
The Bantams had been going well in League Two with wins over Oxford United and then away to high-flying Bury.
