FULL-TIME REPORTS: Barnsley, Doncaster Rovers, Hull City, Leeds United, Sheffield United, Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Wednesday, Bradford City, Rotherham United

Leeds United, Hull City, Huddersfield and Rotherham United all boosted their respective promotion chances with victories on Saturday.

Davide Somma netted the only goal at Elland Road to see off Coventry City, while Hull thrashed neighbours Scunthorpe 5-1 in the Championship.

But there were defeats on the raod for Sheffield United, Barnsley and Doncaster Rovers.

In League One, Huddersfield cruised to an impressive 4-1 win at Exeter, while Sheffield Wednesday were held at home by nine-man MK Dons.

Rotherham United beat Crewe 3-1 in League Two, but Bradford's game at Macclesfield was called off because of a waterlogged pitch.

Damien Delaney (29) put Town in front before David Norris doubled advantage and Connor Wickham added a third. Rob Kozluk and Liam Williamson were shown late red cards for Blades.

Davide Somma (56) netted winner for United.

FT Leicester City 4 Barnsley 1

Paul Gallagher (15) put Foxes ahead before Andy King (43) doubled advantage. On-loan Jacob Mellis pulled a goal back for Barnsley in first-half stoppage time, before King (58) restored two-goal cushion and Kyle Naughton added a fourth.

FT Millwall 1 Doncaster Rovers 0

Kevin Lisbie grabbed a stoppage-time goal for Millwall.

FT Scunthorpe United 1 Hull City 5

Matty Fryatt (5) put Tigers ahead before Aaron Mclean made it 2-0.Joe Garner (55) pulled a goal back for Iron before Fryatt converted a penalty and Mclean added his second and Fryatt completed his hat-trick.

Danny Cadamarteri (55) scored on his debut before Gary Roberts, Anthony Pilkington and Kevin Kilbane added further goals. Daniel Nardiello replied for Exeter.

FT Sheffield Wednesday 2 MK Dons 2

Peter Leven put Dons ahead from penalty spot, before Daniel Powell (27) made it 2-0. Substitute Neil Mellor (69) and Clinton Morrison (82) replied.
