LEEDS'S Daniel Gavins has stepped up from the Challenge Tour to the European Tour to compete alongside fellow Yorkshiremen Danny Willett and Matt Fitzpatrick.
And as he attempts to try to emulate the success that both are enjoying at European golf's top table he will have the same team supporting him as the two Sheffielders.
For Gavins has joined ISM as he prepares for his maiden season on the European Tour.
The 24-year-old secured his card by coming through all three stages of Qualifying School, winning the second stage at Lumine and finishing eighth at the Final Stage at PGA Catalunya.
He had enjoyed a successful season on the Matchroom PGA EuroPro Tour, placing seventh on its Order of Merit with nine top-10 finishes.
Gavins said: "I'm so pleased to be working with ISM and (Chief Executive Officer) Chubby Chandler and have their support and expertise going into my first season on the European Tour.
“It’s a transition and a step up in quality, but I’m looking forward to testing myself at a higher level.”
ISM guides the careers of leading figures in the world of sport, including Europe’s Ryder Cup captain Darren Clarke, former world No 1 Lee Westwood and former Open champion Louis Oosthuizen.
Chandler said: “We’re really pleased to have Daniel on board. He’s a real prospect, with the potential and the attitude to do well.
“At ISM we have a proven track record of helping young talent fulfil potential and I’m certain that Daniel will be no different.”
Gavins will head to South Africa in the new year to start off his 2016 season by competing in the South Africa Open and the Joburg Open.
