The Scutt family, who own Swallow Hall golf course and complex, sponsored the day and provided prizes.

The day’s chosen charity was Mind, which benefited not just from a raffle but also from players paying a penalty for hitting into the pond at the 16th hole.

Men’s July Medal winner was Andy Booth with a net 56, the Ladies’ Medal went to Audrey Brown (net 62) and the Seniors Cup to Geoff Brennan (39 points).
