Yorkshire golf: Malton & Norton ladies looking to reign to reach Spain
Malton & Norton ladies’ squad will face the evocatively named Muckhart GC in the hope of claiming a place in the Spanish sunshine.
They have battled their way through eight rounds of the Mail on Sunday National Golf Classic, beating Ganton, Easingwold, York, Scarborough SC, Whitby, Oakdale, Bishop Auckland and Minto, in Scotland.
They face Scottish opposition again in Muckhart, a club from the Falkirk area, whom they will host hoping to claim a place in the November finals in Spain.
