Middlesbrough v Swansea City: Injury crisis hits Strachan

Pre-season promotion favourites Boro are languishing down in 13th in the Coca-Cola Championship following last weekend's defeat by Sheffield United.

High-flying Swansea come to the Riverside today and will offer a stern test to a side already up against it due to injuries.

Recent Boro signing Barry Robson is set to miss out on his home debut due to a hamstring problem while several other players are missing.

"We've tried to prepare but we have problems with injuries and we've had to move people about, but it's not the first time this year," said Strachan. "There are a few missing but we will get a good team out."
