Queens Park Rangers v Doncaster Rovers: What a way to run a club, says O'Driscol

Championship: DONCASTER Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll says today's opponents are a good example of how not to run a football club.

The Londoners have employed 10 different managers since the arrival of Italian chairman Flavio Briatore two-and-a-half years ago and are in danger of the drop.

Former Rotherham United manager Mick Harford took charge six games ago but his future is already the subject of speculation after five consecutive defeats.

O'Driscoll, whose side are closing in on the play-offs, said: "They have had some great managers but for some reason got rid of them. You have to lay your hat on someone and go with them.

"From the outside, you look in and think 'this is not a good example of how to run a football club'. A whole club needs to be in sync if you are going to do anything. They have some good players and some strong characters and I imagine they are tearing their hair out."
