Rotherham United v Wycombe Wanderers: Holden still wanted after early exit

League two: ROTHERHAM manager Ronnie Moore wants to sign defenders Dean Holden and Exodus Geohaghon on permanent deals in the New Year transfer window.

Holden has been recalled from a loan spell with the Millers this week by Shrewsbury Town, while Peterborough United are still seeking 100,000 for Geohaghon, whose loan with the Millers expires on November 3.

Moore said: "I am disappointed that Dean has gone back early but I have spoken to him and he is keen to come back."

On Geohaghon, he said: "He knows we would like to do something but I am not paying 100,000. He has gone to Peterborough for 100,000 and has not produced what they thought he would – so how the hell can they ask for their money back?"

Today's game at the Don Valley Stadium pits third against sixth and, with Wycombe unbeaten away from home this season, Moore says: "It's going to be tight."
