Third-placed Heath were handed a 13-0 home defeat by Keighley, who are now level on league points.

The first of two penalties by fly-half Alex Brown gave Keighley a 3-0 interval lead, and he converted when flanker Scott Dyson crashed over near the posts for the game's only try with 10 minutes to go.

Although ground conditions were also dubious, the match was switched to Driffield because Pocklington's changing facilities were out of action following a burst pipe.

Skipton turned round 7-6 ahead, Darren Howson converting a try by flanker Matthew Speres to two penalties by Michael Piper. Howson also converted both second-half tries by Lucas Wooton as well as adding a penalty.
