Agoro’s triple strikes gold for visiting Hawks

An early brace of tries from Richie Barnett and Brad Brennan, plus Danny Ansell’s goal, put Hunslet 10-0 up.

Golds captain Steve Parry and Joe McClean replied with tries, the latter converted by Matt Bradley, either side of Ansell’s penalty.

Elliot Cosgrove increased Hunslet’s advantage, before Agoro scored the first of his 18-minute hat-trick in the 50th minute. A great pass from Lee Brickwood set up the winger, before he capped off a fantastic team move to make it 22-10.

Agoro scored again on the 68th minute, a fantastic long pass from Brown finding him alone on the wing to push his way in to complete his hat-trick.
