Alpaca show back this month
The Yorkshire Alpaca Show returns this month with organisers claiming this year's show will be bigger and better.
Further to its success last October, the event returns to Thirsk Business Park on October 16 and looks set to become an annual event. Organised by the Yorkshire Alpaca Group, the event will attract some of the top breeders from all over the UK with 120 animals set to compete for rosettes.
The Yorkshire Alpaca Group, affiliated to the British Alpaca Society, is the regional group for alpaca owners in Yorkshire. It guards the welfare of alpacas, above, and promotes its fleece.
