Butchers invest in new joint
R & J Catering Butchers has announced major expansion plans at its headquarters in Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon.
The company has embarked on a 200,000-plus investment, set to double its 5,000 sq ft Longswales Lane meat production unit.
It supplies catering establishments across Yorkshire, and expects to expand its 13-strong workforce.
