Former Bull becomes a Cowboy

FORMER Bradford Bulls' forward Glenn Hall has joined North Queensland Cowboys in a two-year deal.

Hall, who left the Bulls earlier this month with two years of his three year contract remaining, agreed to his contract being terminated prematurely and returned home with his pregnant wife Kylie.

Hall had signed for Bradford 12 months previous and came with a high pedigree having being instrumental in Manley Sea Eagles' World Club Challenge triumph against Leeds Rhinos in 2009.

However, Hall's career never took off at Bradford. Despite scoring the winning try in a memorable victory over Wigan, he was restricted to just seven full appearances.

Hall stated that he was pleased with a new deal so soon after returning home, he said: "Signing with the Cowboys is an ideal opportunity for me to better my football and re-joion the NRL with a club heading in the right direction that boasts such a big support group."

General manager at the Cowboys Peter Parr was equally pleased with the signing of the 29-year-old Hall saying: "Glenn will give us a good balance of youth and experience."
