Oldham 28 York City Knights 34: Tuffour strikes late to bring York win
It was his second try from deep inside his own half in a man-of-the-match performance which enabled the Knights to become the first side this season to lower Oldham's colours in Co-operative Championship One.
He was involved in another incident early in the second half when he was hurt by a Wayne Kerr tackle which earned the Oldham prop the red card.

Hide AdBut he turned the tables with his last-gasp winner when he crash-tackled Oldham full-back Paul O'Connor, who lost the ball on impact. Tuffour picked up, accelerated away and scored under the posts.
The Knights deserved their half-time lead thanks to tries by Danny Ratcliffe, Tuffour, Steve Lewis and Lee Waterman, who added four conversions.
Kerr, John Gillam and Lucas Onyango crossed for Oldham in the first half and the visitors were put under a lot of pressure on the resumption as the Roughyeds drew level with tries by O'Connor and Mick Fogerty.
Tom Lineham restored York's lead in a thriller and then O'Connor levelled things up again before Tuffour struck with his late winner.
