Six things we learned from Super League round four.

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats need to play from the first whistle, not when the opposition are out of sight. Impressive fightbacks in their last two games have produced no competition points.

New coach James Webster has a big job on his hands. The problem at Hull KR isn’t coaching, it is a thin squad who - at the moment - can’t compete at the top level.

If Danny Brough stays fit, Huddersfield Giants won’t be bottom of the table for long. His return sparked a much-improved performance in their narrow defeat at Leeds.

Hull have to start beating the leading teams. Successive home losses to Castleford Tigers and Wigan Warriors don’t bode well in the chase for a top-four spot.

Ryan Hampshire’s long wait for his Castleford debut could be coming to an end. An injury to Ben Roberts is likely to give the on-loan Wigan man his chance at last.

Leeds Rhinos seem to have used up all their good fortune last season. They battled hard for their first win, against Huddersfield, but picked up two more injuries.
