They will entertain holders Wigan, who beat Hull at Wembley last year to lift the trophy for a record-extending 19th time, at the Tetley’s Stadium on the weekend of April 5-6.

The tie of the round will be between Huddersfield Giants, the 2013 Super League leaders, and table-toppers St Helens, who are coached by former Giants chief Nathan Brown, at the John Smith’s Stadium.

That is one of five all-Super League ties.

There is a local derby at Wakefield Trinity, where Leeds will be the visitors, while Hull KR host 2012 winners Warrington, Salford go to Hull and Catalan Dragons will be at home to London Broncos.

The Huddersfield-Saints tie is a repeat of the 2006 final at Twickenham.

St Helens won that match but the Giants did the league double over them last season and Red Vee captain Paul Wellens is expecting a difficult first hurdle.

“Obviously Nathan going back to his old club adds that little bit of extra spice but from our perspective as players we just know that we’re going to come up against a really good side,” said Wellens.

“It’s going to be important that we prepare well from now up until when the fixture is played.

“We’ve got some important games in between but certainly that will be at the back of our minds.”

Wigan coach Shaun Wane is delighted to avoid Super League opposition but has pledged to take part-time Dewsbury seriously.

“It would have been nice to have a home draw but, if you look at all the Super League teams that have been drawn together, we need to be happy with that,” said Wane.

“I remember going to Featherstone a few years ago and it was a very tough game. This will be very similar so we won’t be taking it easy. Our preparation will be good and we’ll be going there with a good attitude ready for a tough game.”
