Bradford & Bingley’s 36-27 defeat at the hands of Percy Park on the last day of the North One East season condemned fellow Yorkshire side Dinnington to relegation.
Dinnington had already played all of their games and faced an anxious wait for the outcome of this encounter.
And Percy Park seized on their opportunity with both hands as they ran in five tries to claim the all-important bonus point that lifts them up to fourth from bottom with Dinnington taking their place in the drop zone.
