ROTHERHAM Titans coach Lee Blackett admits tonight his side will face the best Plymouth Albion team of recent times tonight.
They make the long trip south knowing they have won in just one of their last nine league outings to the Devon club.
Rotherham have picked up three away victories in the Championship already this term but Blackett concedes: “We’ve not won down there in the league since 2009. In my opinion, this is the best Plymouth side in that period so we’re very aware of the challenge ahead.
“They are very well coached by James Shanahan and Rhys Oakley and, having played with Rhys at Leeds, I can see that he and James have had a major influence on their change of style this year.
“We’ve a huge amount of respect for what they have already achieved this term and know they pose threats all over the park.”
Third-placed Rotherham are aided by the return of Newcastle Falcons’ Joel Hodgson, the fly-half who missed last week’s win over Nottingham having been recalled by his Premiership club.
