Rotherham Titans snatched victory from the jaws of defeat on Saturday to claim their fourth win of the season and lengthen the gap between themselves and the sole relegation place in the Greene King IPA Championship.
Justin Burnell’s side trailed 16-9 going into the final 10 minutes and looked for all intents and purposes at a rain-lashed Clifton Lane, that they would succumb to defeat to the Channel Islanders.
But then Ben Foley stepped up to score two tries that were converted by Caolan Ryan to ensure they claimed an unlikely four points.
Prior to that, Will Robinson had kicked three penalties to keep the deficit to within a score.
Jordan Davies crossed for the hard-working Reds, with Sam Katz converting that score and adding three penalties of his own.
