Rotherham United to host England game and UEFA U17 tournament showpiece

Rotherham's New York Stadium will stage three games at the UEFA Under-17s European Championships next month, the draw for which was made on Thursday night.

England will play their third and final Group A game on Thursday May 10 against Switzerland in Rotherham.

They kick-off their campaign against Israel at Chesterfield’s Proact Stadium before tackling Italy at Walsall’s Bescott Stadium on May 7.

The New York Stadium will also host a semi-final on May 17 and the final three days later, at 6pm.
