Leeds Carnegie head coach James Lowes says Leeds will prepare for Sunday’s Championship play-off semi-final first leg with London Welsh as “just another game”.

Leeds and Rotherham Titans are both battling for promotion to the Premiership with two mouthwatering semi-finals ahead.

Lowes, whose side host London Welsh at Headingley tomorrow, said: “We’ll approach the game like any other game of rugby, and that’s how we’ll target it.

“We are excited about this tie and the next few weeks.”

Bristol v Rotherham Titans

Team news: Tom Cruse starts at hooker for Lee Blackett’s Titans, who start with Charlie Mulchrone and Juan Pablo Socino in the halfbacks.

For Bristol, big name signing Ryan Jones is not fit to start and hasn’t made the bench.

Team news: Phil Nilsen returns at hooker and leading try scorer David Doherty comes into the side. Carnegie are without Jon Clarke (shoulder), Oli Goss (calf) and Ben Harris (ankle).

Ollie Stedman is one of four ex-Leeds players in the London Welsh side, the others being Gordon Ross, James Tincknell and Daniel Browne.
