Sandal’s forwards seal derby win against Bees
The visiting Bees led 12-3 before Sandal hit back through winger Jake Mulhern to make the half-time score 12-10.
A second-half penalty from full-back Ian Jackson put the hosts ahead and they added converted tries from prop John Warwick and second-row James Stewart.

Hide AdMorley were blitzed by six tries either side of half-time as they crashed to a 47-20 defeat at Penrith.
The Maroons had gone 10-7 ahead inside six minutes following a try from inside centre Brad Marshall and a conversion and penalty from fly-half Mark Chester.
Penrith scored two long-distance tries and by the 50th minute they led 47-10.
Prop Ben Bell and full-back Karl Bradshaw restored some pride with late tries.

Hide AdHuddersfield were forced to work for one of their tightest victories of the season, an 18-11 success at Percy Park.
Tom Hodson managed two penalties in the first half but by the mid-way stage the scores were locked at 6-6.
In a tense second half, Huddersfield managed to outscore their opponents by two tries to one and ensure their sixth win from seven games.
Beverley surprisingly went down to a 22-20 defeat at bottom of the table Firwood Waterloo.

Hide AdThe East Yorkshire side started well enough with a try by centre Tomasi Tanumi which was converted by Phil Duboulay, but Waterloo responded within a minute with a converted try by wing James O’Brien.
The home side stretched ahead with tries by hooker Alick Croft and full-back Liam Reeves with Colbourne adding one of the conversions.
Penalties either side of half-time by Duboulay brought Beverley back to within six points at 19-13, and they re-took the lead with a converted try by flanker Joe Pickets.
But in a strong finish, Waterloo snatched victory with a late penalty from Colbourne.
