Southend United v Rotherham United: Millers move closer towards ending exile
The proposed site, at the old Guest and Chrimes Foundry, has been cleared and the plan is for United to end their exile in Sheffield and move back to Rotherham ahead of the 2012-13 season.
Miller said: "We have been working closely with the Council over several weeks since the application was submitted to work through all the issues."

Moore, who watched the 21-year-old for the Gunners' reserves, said: "I am not looking to bring him in and sit him on the bench. I have to decide who to play with him."
Randall has previously played for Burnley and MK Dons.
