Swansea City v Barnsley: Robins looks for Cryne talks at Tykes

championship: BARNSLEY manager Mark Robins is looking for the club to match his own ambition over the summer.

The Tykes are still not mathematically safe from the drop but are eight points clear of the relegation zone with three games to go.

Robins said: "I am an ambitious person and I am ambitious for this football club. I want to reflect that in what I do over the summer. I will be talking to (club owner) Patrick Cryne in the next couple of weeks and we will plan to take us forward.

"We have picked up just enough points to get over the finishing line but it was not what I was looking for," he admitted.

Barnsley have confirmed on-loan midfielder Emil Hallfredsson has returned to his parent club Reggina after he broke his foot.
