Torquay United v Bradford City: Bantams told to pay £7,500 for Hanson

League two: BRADFORD CITY travel to Devon looking to reverse a slump in form that can be traced back to their last visit to the south-west.

The Bantams went to Exeter last March but lost 1-0 to slip out of the play-offs places and such has been their form since that a return has seemed unlikely.

In fact, since the defeat to Exeter, City have claimed just 39 points from 34 games and travel to Torquay in 16th place.

Manager Stuart McCall must decide whether to show faith in Zesh Rehman after the central defender was replaced at half-time at Lincoln City.

He will be without top scorer James Hanson, who Bradford discovered will cost them 7,500 from Guiseley.

The clubs had been unable to agree a fee in the summer so a tribunal set the fee and included a sell-on clause for a striker who is understood to have been watched by Coventry. Bradford have also promised to play a pre-season friendly at Guiseley.
