Two-year ban for cyclist Damien Sharp

A YORKSHIRE cyclist has been banned for two years after testing positive for the blood-boosting agent EPO.

Damien Sharp, 36, was living in Bermuda when he tested positive after an event on the Caribbean island on July 17.

Sharp, who lived in Bradford before moving to Bermuda, waived his right to a hearing and accepted the ban.
