Varndell continues his try-scoring run
Wasps wing Tom Varndell ran in two tries for the second time in as many games as England Saxons beat the United States comfortably, 32-9, in Denver, Colorado.
Varndell followed up his double against Russia the previous time out with two more yesterday with Anthony Allen and Duncan Bell also going over for the Saxons.
Alex Goode (two) and Stephen Myler were successful with three conversion attempts with the former also landing two penalties.
The United States' points all came from Volney Rouse penalties.
