"It's the world's biggest race and three miles and two furlongs is going to take a bit of getting, but I'm going to ride him as if the trip is no problem as that's what I believe.

"There'll be no hiding place and it will be a true-run race so you have to respect the likes of Denman and Kauto Star as they are brilliant for racing.

"We know he's perfectly fit but Denman will definitely improve too, he's going to be a real adversary on the day.
