The Harrogate pairings of Will Rushworth and Dan White, and Jason Taylor and Steve Whitwham halved their matches, and the scores were level thanks to home victories from leading pair Terry Brushwood and Andy Town and anchor duo Rob Malloy and Ben Rhodes.

Wins by Kitching, Rushworth, Rice and Nesbitt put them 15-9 in the lead. Overall victory was then secured through Chris Henderson winning a nail-biter one up against Warren Kemp, and White defeating Danny Rowley 2&1.

Whitwham made the scoreline more emphatic winning the last match 4&3 against Malloy.

Harrogate's next match is at Dewsbury, against Halifax-Huddersfield while Bradford travel to the KP Club for a match-up with East Riding.
