The achievements of the men’s team comes on the back of the women’s team securing their Rio spot with a third-place finish in Glasgow – Britain’s best result in qualifying for an Olympics.

The Great Britain men’s team consists of Yorkshire’s Wilson, Max Whitlock, Dan Purvis, Louis Smith, Kristian Thomas and Brinn Bevan.

They will now focus on individual events in Glasgow after savouring team glory for their country.
