Alan Bennett play for rejuvenated Frazer Theatre in Knaresborough

And there’s a packed line-up of entertaining ahead in the rest of 2016.
Promoter Mike Addison of Frazer Theatre Music is even planning a weekend of live music showcasing local talent with headliner Holly Rose Webber and her band.
Fans of Yorkshire’s literary favourite Alan Bennett can look forward to a show by Library Theatre Touring Company.

Saturday, March 12, sees The Counterfeit Sixties bringing that most swinging of era’s biggest hits to Frazer Theatre.
Fans of classic folk-rock-prog from the late 1960s and 1970s can enjoy Acoustic Strawbs on Saturday, March 26.
One of the world’s greatest guitarists and folk artists Martin Carthy appears on Saturday, July 2, while there’s more classic nostalgia with Juke Box Sixties on Saturday, September 17 with the Hollywood Bees.
Later in the year Bob Drury will return on Saturday, October 29 with his blockbusting Neil Diamond tribute, this time called Bob Drury’s Viva Neil Diamond – celebrating 50 years of hits.
