Six of the best as Reds coach leads Yorkshire’s Team of the Week
Here is the line-up in a 5-3-2 formation:
Goalkeeper: Marcus Bettinelli (Middlesbrough)
Excelled himself by making some key saves as Stoke pressed on the resumption and had a much sounder afternoon for Boro. Beat off competition from the likes of Matt Ingram and Illan Meslier.
Defence: Lewie Coyle (Hull City)
Produced a gem of a pass for Lewis-Potter’s classy opener and had a rewarding afternoon against Oxford as the in-form Tigers continued to look the part to consolidate top spot in League One.
Tom Lees (Sheffield Wednesday)

Hide AdDefeat against Championship leaders Norwich City was harsh on Lees, who produced an on-message, stout defensive performance.
Naby Sarr (Huddersfield Town)
Followed up his fine performance against Cardiff with another commanding display of authority as Town secured a huge win at QPR in their fight against the drop.
Mads Andersen (Barnsley)
Outstanding for Barnsley this term and Andersen again stepped up to the plate as Barnsley afforded themselves another top moment in their remarkable season at Bournemouth. Set up Helik’s opener with a flick on.
Diego Llorente (Leeds United)
Calm and composed against the movement of Chelsea’s stellar cast and produced some key interventions, while almost scoring at the other end. Growing into life at Leeds; good to see.
Midfield: Paddy McNair (Middlesbrough)

Lewis O’Brien (Huddersfield Town)
Carried on from where he left off against Cardiff and was at the epicentre of everything good for Town as they produced a big moment in their season in West London.
Alex Mowatt (Barnsley)
Barnsley’s heartbeat and has been a class apart of late and was no different on the south coast.
The leader of the pack and set up the Reds’ winner to crown an excellent second half.

Linked play intelligently and went desperately close in the first half when Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy tipped his shot onto the woodwork.
Keane Lewis-Potter (Hull City)
The best player on the pitch against Oxford and added to his burgeoning reputation with two well-taken goals.
