All the fun of the fairs

The ever popular Flower Power Fairs will this year include two new venues in Yorkshire – Wytherstone Gardens, Pockley, and Constable Burton Hall, in Wensleydale.

This Bank Holiday Monday, May 3, the fair will be held in the private garden of Lady Clarissa Collin at Wytherstone Gardens. Admission, 5, gives entry to the gardens and the plant fair.

A fortnight later, Sunday, May 16, it's the turn of Duncombe Park, Helmsley. Entry to the plant fair is 2. On Sunday, May 23, it's down to Lincolnshire and Doddington Hall. Entry is 2.

Then, on Sunday, May 30, it's Constable Burton Hall. The gardens are famed for a magnificent display of tulips in early May. Entry is 5.

All the fairs are open from 10am-4pm.
