Food Matters: Halifax ready steady to cook

Halifax Food & Drink Festival returns to the historic Piece Hall on June 5 and 6.

Among the stars lined up to share their culinary talents are Kevin Woodford and his Ready Steady Cook "partner in crime" Lesley Waters.

Now in its third year, Halifax Food & Drink Festival is firmly established as a showcase for the region's top chefs and producers. More than 17,000 visitors attended last year's event.
