A leading North Yorkshire rapeseed oil producer is launching a new dressing range in response to consumer demand.

Thixendale-based Breckenholme Trading Co is extending its Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil brand with the launch of four deli style dressings at the Fine Food Show in Harrogate on Sunday.

Developed as a versatile accompaniment to salads and cold meats the range consists of honey and mustard, mint and balsamic, dijon and black pepper and sweet cranberry flavoured dressings.
