Interview - Sophie Hannah: A moving story of house and horror

Sophie Hannah is back with a new thriller. Chris Bond talks to the poet turned crime novelist about writing and why she misses Yorkshire.

She was awarded fellowships at Trinity College, Cambridge, and Wolfson College, Oxford.

Her first crime novel, Little Face, is named after the nickname given to Hannah by her husband, Dan.

The Octopus Nest, published in her first collection of stories, The Fantastic Book of Everybody’s Secrets, won the 2004 Daphne Du Maurier Festival Short Story Competition.
