Simple's nutritionist Fiona Hunter has tips on how to make sure your Christmas is healthy for your skin.

For example, cranberries are a rich source of vitamin C and help neutralise ageing free radicals. So place five frozen cranberries in a champagne glass, then add the juice of half a lime.

Fill the glass half full with cranberry juice and then top up with Champagne.
