Aqualand Industries expects to see revenue top £1m due to staycation boom

The popularity of staycations is driving sales growth at a Yorkshire-based company which designs and manufactures electrical-powered leisure vehicles.

Holmfirth-based Aqualand Industries expects to see its revenue top £1m for the first time this year as more tourists choose to visit British holiday parks and holidays.

The pandemic prompted the re-emergence of staycations as more Britons decided to go on holiday closer to home during a period of restrictions on overseas travel.
